I am to keep you interested by giving varied, effective sessions, combining resistance and cardiovascular training to suit your goals.

Personal training is a great way to achieve results quickly and effectively. With one to one personal training sessions, you are guaranteed the support, motivation and guidance that you would expect. I look at the training that I have experienced throughout my boxing career and I have developed my own personal training program around that.
